We use the bulk email provider ‘Brevo’ to carry out this task on our behalf and they collect information such as email opening and click statistics using standard industry technologies, and this helps us to monitor and improve our newsletter.
We do not pass on any personal information to third parties unless obligated to for legal or contractual reasons.

eCommerce – Purchasing Digital Download Products
If you are purchasing digital download products like music & sound effects from us, we use Woocommerce WooPayments to process payments. We do not retain any payment information, other than contact name, email address and details of purchases and digital downloads from YoPo Music.

In line with HMRC requirements, we will keep your information on file for at least 7 years.
