LICENSING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USEAGE OF THE MUSIC
Sounds Visual Ltd. (the Licensor) of PO Box 4700, Bath BA1 6AH is the owner of the copyright in all the material (the Works) in the YoPo Music Library. The purchaser of a CD or downloaded track is granted a non-exclusive license to use the Work(s) on synchronised television, video and film sound tracks, radio and multimedia productions for no additional fee throughout the World.
Copyright of the music remains with YoPo Music - you have bought a license to use the music on your productions

All masters supplied to broadcasting companies must have attached full credit details of the licensor, the writer, the track used and the use duration with the obligation of the broadcast company to make the appropriate notifications to the Performing Rights Society (if not United Kingdom useage the appropriate overseas organisation), by which it is licensed for broadcast of copyright music.

No other form of copying or use of the Works is authorised and this license is limited to the original purchaser of the CD or downloaded track(s). You may not re-sell any YoPo music tracks as your own. It is strictly forbidden to re-mix any YoPo track and then re-package/distribute/sell as your own "music only" material.
Copyright of the music remains with YoPo Music - you have bought a license to use the music on your productions.

In summary, YoPo tracks require no MCPS licence - but if the music is to be publicly performed or broadcast, the establishment or broadcasting company must hold a PRS license. Public Performance includes things like internet audio, webcasting, telephone hold systems etc. If in doubt just check with the Performing Rights Society.
Shipping And Handling UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Or you may opt for a Royal Mail Special Delivery. We usually dispatch all orders received by 3pm same day. (Download products are immediate - you will receive a link to your files at the end of the transaction)
